Materials & Construction
Built With Quality Materials
Here's a look at the materials and construction standards behind our cabinetry, and what you can expect from a project.
Materials We Work With
Residential Cabinet Construction
Cabinet Boxes
Standard residential cabinet boxes are typically built using ¾” birch plywood.
Doors & Drawer Fronts
Doors and drawer fronts are typically built from solid wood, with wood species selected based on the client's preferred finish, paint, or stain.
Commercial Cabinet Construction
Cabinet Boxes
Commercial cabinet boxes may be built using ¾” birch plywood or melamine, depending on the project needs.
Interiors
Cabinet interiors can also be laminated based on client preference.
Doors & Drawer Fronts
Commercial doors and drawer fronts may be built using solid wood or melamine slab fronts.
Hardware
Soft-close drawer slides and door hinges are available for a cleaner, quieter, and more elevated cabinet experience.
What We Do Not Supply
Cabinet Door Handles
Because there is such a wide variety of cabinet hardware available, clients are encouraged to choose handles that best match their personal style.
While we do not supply handles, we are happy to install client-provided handles for an additional installation rate of $10 per handle when requested on the installation date.
Countertops
We do not offer quartz or granite countertops.
Upon request, we may be able to quote laminate or solid wood countertops. For quartz, granite, or other stone surfaces, we can refer clients to trusted professionals we have worked with in the past.
